name for young, immature soybeans, picked before they've had a chance to harden

homemade Gyoza is definitely what you want to try at Two Hands Bar. Japanese-style Gyoza are related to their Chinese
counterparts but tend to be more subtle in flavor, stuffed with juicy beef and
cabbage lightly seasoned with garlic, scallions, white pepper, salt, and sugar.
The Japanese consider Gyoza more of a side dish to complement our rice whereas
the Chinese sometimes eat pot stickers as the main course. The best way to mix
and match our specialty Gyoza is to pair it with a nice cold Japanese beer or
warm comforting Japanese Sake.
